Our New “PEPS” Contract
OPS have always been a forward thinking organisation that isn’t afraid to take the lead where they see an opportunity. It is with this in mind that we are very pleased to announce the launch of our “Peripheral Equipment Protection Schedule” or PEPS for short. This an all new way of offering some piece of mind to the end user on the peripheral equipment around the office that isn’t usually covered by any service contracts. Equipment like fax machines, laser printers, shredders, scanners, booklet makers etc, OPS have found that with this relatively low priced equipment when it goes wrong the customer has a hard decision to make, pay for an engineer to come out and hope they can fix it at what ever call out and labour charge they levy or throw it away and buy new. None of which are very appealing, even if your device is still under manufacturers warranty this can still mean boxing it up and sending it back to the manufacturer for repair which leaves you without the equipment crucial to the operation of your business. Well here at OPS we have the answer we can cover all of these different devices from between £3 and £5 per month per machine, depending on how many machines you wish to cover. Having launched this new contract initially to our existing customer base we have been so overwhelmed by the interest and take up that we are now in a position to roll it out to the rest of you.
